Sadly reporting the death of Vera

Vera seemed to recover from a fall in September and came to the meetings in November and December.
However in January she failed rapidly and died on the 18th.

Vera will be sadly missed at our meetings

She joined in 1997 for the poetry events but came to nearly every meeting, keen to try out new things
she was always willing to give something a go.

she had a great little word game we had never seen before which was great at socials, as it could be played by an infinite number of people.

She took part in the poetry reading at CWR and has her poems in our anthology "Under the Umbrella"

She also particularly enjoyed taking part in play readings, such as "The Cemetery Club"
