Geoff Bateman, our esteemed Chairman, who sadly died from cancer in Dec 2006 aged 71, left a number of original paintings.
These have been sold from an exhibition kindly held by the motor museum.
There are still about 40 left and the family would love them to go to a good home, do get in touch if you are interested.
A bench and a tree paid for by the sale of paintings and the family have been placed at Ryton Pool in his memory.
There are also many excellent photos looking for a home. See December programme.
We also announce the death of long term Patron and composer, Graham Whettam, last August, just short of his 80th birthday.
He had lived away from Coventry for many years but maintained friendships made here..
He had limited energy and mobility but was very alert and enthusiastic as ever.
Condolences to his wife Janet and family.
