Welcome to The Umbrella Club's Jubilee Anniversary Website

The Umbrella Club promotes invovlement in the arts through creation and appreciation.

We organise monthly meetings, with topics such as poets' recital, play reading, creative writing, sketching, music appreciation.

In addition we visit others to share in activities such as sculpture, singing and attend exhibitions, concerts etc.

The Club was founded in 1955, its name deriving from the idea that it would cover all aspects of the arts.

We are pleased to be celebrating our Golden Jubilee this year.
